What you can do with BalloonEmbroidery© patterns …

 

Thank you for purchasing patterns from BalloonEmbroidery©! We are excited that you have chosen our designs and we hope that you will have fun playing with the colours and incorporating them into your own designs. Remember, although you can resize our patterns if your machine allows it, the quality of the stitch-out cannot be guaranteed after resizing. Please keep in mind that all of our designs are copyrighted by BalloonEmbroidery©, and therefore should not be used for mass production or as a derivative of another design. Thank you again for supporting BalloonEmbroidery©!

 

What you can’t do with BalloonEmbroidery© patterns …

 

At BalloonEmbroidery.com, we invest a lot of time and love into our patterns. Each one is designed, digitised and tested rigorously to ensure the highest quality possible. Therefore, you may use these patterns once purchased or downloaded for free, however, it is not permitted to share, sell, pass on, swap, gift or trade them in digital or download format. Additionally, they cannot be incorporated into other designs and sold as a combined digital download or passed on to someone else in any way. We kindly ask that if someone admires your designs please send them our way so they can purchase their own. This enables us to continue creating high-quality embroidery designs. All of our patterns are copyright protected.

 

Discount Codes

 

From time to time, discount codes may be sent to your email address. Please remember that these codes are for one-time use only and must not be shared, gifted, traded or passed on to someone else. Some of the codes may also have a limited time period to use them so please be sure to check when they are due to expire.

Refunds

 

Due to the nature of digital files, we are unable to give refunds for any purchase. A partial or full refund may be considered only if the design has critical errors in the sewing process (errors that occurred during digitising). A description of the error and a picture of the damaged final product should be provided to consider a refund. Please ensure that you understand you are purchasing a digital machine embroidery file.  Please see our FAQs.
